Our whistleblowing policy is designed to encourage our employees to make confidential disclosures about suspected impropriety and wrongdoing and our Code of Business Conduct protects anyone choosing to make such a disclosure. The Head of Group Audit, in consultation with the Company Secretary, will decide on the appropriate method and level of investigation when any report is made under the policy. The Audit Committee is notified of all disclosures, then results of investigations and the actions taken and has the power to request further information, conduct its own inquiries or order additional action as it sees fit.
