The Group’s Polish division comprises its wholly owned Media Regionalne regional newspaper and content business and a 51 per cent share of Presspublica (the remainder of which is owned by Przedsiebiorstwo Wydawnicze Rzeczpospolita SA). Media Regionalne is the second largest regional daily newspaper publisher in Poland and Presspublica is the owner of Rzeczpospolita, one of the most respected titles in Poland,

The Polish division also operates more than 20 websites and eight printing plants which print both Group and third-party publications. In a country with a population of over 38 million, the publications of Mecom’s Polish division have a readership of more than 5.7 million every week and its online operations attract more than 2.6 million unique users every month.
