Mecom’s Danish division, operating under the name Det Berlingske Media (“Berlingske”), is the largest publisher of national and regional daily newspapers and free door-to-door newspapers in Denmark, with approximately 51 per cent of the regional circulation market and approximately 35 per cent of the total Danish newspaper market.

Berlingske also operates more than 60 websites and five printing plants which print both Group and third-party publications. In a country with a population of over 5 million, Berlingske’s publications have a readership of more than 2.7 million every week and its online operations attract more than 4 million unique users every month.
